4 weeks old

4 Weeks old and still as cute as ever (at least in my opinion)! Not too much has changed from 3-4 weeks. She is just getting more and more alert, and getting bigger and bigger. She still snacks, still wants to be held alot and sleeps great while she is being held, but other than that she really is a great baby.

Witches

On Monday, October 12th, my friends and I took our kids to Gardner Village to see the witches. We picked a nice, warm evening to go. It's safe to say that we all had a great time.

Taeya and Anastyn. I had to post this picture because the look in Anastyn's eyes says, "don't let my sister hurt me!" Taeya is holding her hand. She always grabs her hand and then says, "look mom, she loves me!"

Me and my girls.

The kids dancing to "Monster Mash." Taeya was obsessed with the cute little girl dressed like a lady bug. She wouldn't leave her alone.

Anastyn did great in the Baby Bjorn as always!

Taeya enjoying the pony ride.

All the kids had fun in the little petting zoo. The funny thing was that they wouldn't let an adult in without paying, so we let the kids run wild. Thank goodness for Brynn who kept the kids under control, except when Taeya climbed under the fence to pet one of the animals and the employee had to go and get her out. That's what they get for not letting us in to supervise I guess!

Blessing Day

It was an important week-end for these 2 beautiful girls. Asilia, my neice, got baptized on Saturday and Anastyn was blessed on Sunday, October 11, 2009. What a great weekend. The baptism was Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon we went to a condo in Heber and ate lunch and swam in the pool. Everyone had a blast. (I forgot my camera so I don't have any photos from Saturday). We love Asilia so much and we were glad we were able to come see her be baptized. (Now when Taeya is in the bathtub she asks me if she can be pretend to be baptized as she rinses her hair!)

Gordon gave Anastyn such a sweet blessing on Sunday and she looked so pretty in her new white dress that my mom and I made (mostly my mom). We ate taco salads at our house afterwards. It was a pleasant day and we really enojoyed spending time with our family and friends. It's amazing how sweet and innocent these little babies are. I feel so blessed to have a healthy, happy baby, and I am honered to be her mother.

Our Little Family

As we were making Anastyn's dress, Taeya kept asking me where her new dress was, so we bought her a new dress also. She loved it and wore it all day long!

Taeya and all her cousins (or her "friends" as she calls them) enjoyed playing in the playroom, her bedroom, and jumping on the tramp.

Anastyn and Grandma Elaine (Gordon's mom), who Anastyn is named after. In the blessing Gordon mentioned that his mom is one of the most generous people we know and he blessed Anastyn that she would follow her example. It was really sweet and brought us all to tears.

The Dentist

Taeya went to the dentist for the 2nd time after our field trip to Hee Haw's. (10-08-09) Since I forgot my camera for the first trip to the dentist and had to use low-quality camera phone photos, I thought I could justify another post! Taeya loves doctors and dentists. It's such a great thing. She just put on her head phones and did what she was told. She especially loved her princess toothbrush and the toy ball she got for being so good. She can't wait to go again.

Hee Haw's

A few weeks ago (October 9th) Taeya's school went on a field trip to Hee Haw's in Pleasant Gove. The girls loved it.

Ashlynn and Taeya were all smiles on the hay ride.

Taeya would make such a cute little cow.

There were lots of animals you could pet, this was a very large pig.

Taeya loved chasing around the roosters and chickens, she was mad she couldn't catch them.

We gave up in the pumpkin patch and picked one out from the pile of little ones.

Anastyn did great, she hardly made a peep the whole time!

We enjoyed a nice time with Ashlynn and Stephanie.
