Mother's Day

My parents chose to fill a mission at the Heber Valley Camp. This is a unique mission. They serve from April to October for 2 years. They are able to go home once a week on their p-day and then from October til April. It's been such a blessing and so much fun. They have a cute little cabin with a loft and we are able to visit any weekend and twice a season we can stay in the campground.

For Mother's day weekend we decided so come "check it out." We went up Saturday night and had ribs and baked potatoes for dinner. We had a tour of the camp and threw rocks in the pond. Our little family stayed for the night and went to church with my parents too. Right before sacrament meeting the Chorister tripped and fell. The ambulance had to come and she ended up breaking her hip. It ended up being a fun weekend and a memorable sacrament meeting.

What is so appealing about throwing rocks in the water?? Anastyn and Jayne loved it!

On our "tour" of the camp the kids loved playing in the bunk beds.

Anastyn loves Asilia and is always happy when she is close by!

Mariel, Zach, Asilia, Taeya, Matt and Gordon - On our tour most of our group went in the back of the truck, and 4 or 5 went in the razor.

Skyler, Nana, Anastyn, me, and Jayne - Nana was a good razor driver.

Anastyn and Jayne - so cute.
